Lean In was founded by Sheryl Sandberg to inspire and equip women to lead. What began as a bestselling book has grown into the largest community dedicated to advancing women's leadership - more than 150,000 Circles in 183 countries. And the impact is real: women in Circles are nearly twice as likely to be promoted compared to the general population. We also lead Women in the Workplace, the largest study on the state of women in corporate America, which shapes how organizations - and the world - understand where women stand at work.
But progress is still too slow. Today, only 93 women are promoted to manager for every 100 men - and just 74 women of color. Women earn 59% of college degrees, yet hold only 29% of C-suite roles. At the current pace, parity is still nearly 50 years away. And instead of accelerating, corporate commitment is starting to stall.
This is where you come in.
We're building a reimagined LeanIn.org - a platform designed to reach millions of women with the support, tools, and community they need to grow their careers. The designer who joins this work won't just shape pixels. You'll shape how hundreds of thousands of women experience Lean In - and how they move forward.
We're looking for someone who cares deeply about equality and is ready to build what comes next.
