Product Designer (mobile)

Our Product Desing team consists of 7 designers. We’re a user-centric, fast-paced and collaborative team that works closely with other design, product, and engineering teams. Alongside experienced designers and UX researchers, you will create scalable solutions that deliver value to customers worldwide.

As part of a SQUAD Product Design team, you will design for web and mobile platforms, with an emphasis on creating cross‑platform mobile app experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with international product stakeholders, engineers, and UX researchers. You will create design solutions that balance user needs with business goals and product strategy, working hand in hand with product and engineering partners. Your decisions will be informed by UX research insights and usability testing data to ensure effective and user-centered outcomes.

• Process business needs, user research results, and data, transforming them into design solutions
• Create, explore, and optimize user journeys to improve user experience and product metrics. Conduct qualitative user research
• Create prototypes and mockups to communicate interactions and design ideas effectively
• Apply design principles to create solutions that meet the needs of real users
• Perform all stages of visual design from concept to final handover to development teams
• Maintain a consistent and cohesive design language throughout the product
• Ideate, generate, and develop design concepts independently and collaboratively. Participate in discussions about design decisions and provide feedback.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Designer role
• Advanced proficiency in designing with Figma
• Awareness of the latest web/mobile UI trends and interaction patterns.
• Ability to create artifacts and prototypes of varying levels of fidelity, from rough sketches to interactive prototypes.
• Ability to collaborate with AI tools and boost designers’ productivity through AI.
• Awareness of modern design methodologies such as design thinking and data-driven design.
• Effective communication and collaboration in a cross-team environment, including designers, developers, and product managers
• Proven skills in leading the design requirements independently to arrive at solutions
• Strong ownership, critical and analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making
• Advanced English and confidence in presenting and sharing your work with stakeholders
