1. Responsibilities- Contribute to design efforts to shape the end-to-end user experience across platforms (web, iOS, Android) from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, conceptualize, and align on user needs and product opportunities.
- Identify design opportunities that enhance customer value and support business goals.
- Translate product objectives and requirements into thoughtful design concepts that inform the product strategy and roadmap.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and evolving requirements.
- Participate in user research activities to test, measure, and refine ideas that positively impact the user experience.
- Leverage customer insights to deliver simple, elegant, and intuitive solutions to complex problems.
- Present design work and gather feedback from stakeholders across the organization.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving design systems and tools.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices.

- 4+ years of experience in product, interaction, or UX design—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong design foundation in information architecture, user interface design, and interactive prototyping.
- Experience collaborating within an agile, sprint-based development environment.
- Hands-on experience contributing to or maintaining design systems.
- Exposure to data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.
- A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, problem-solving skills, and impactful work across multiple platforms.
- Solid interaction and visual design skills, with the ability to think holistically about systems and products.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and awareness of technical constraints for both desktop and mobile design.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity to create innovative, user-focused solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance near-term delivery with long-term design vision.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Familiarity with AI-driven design tools, workflows, and automation to enhance design efficiency and scalability.
- Understanding of how AI and automation can improve user experiences, streamline design processes, and inform product innovation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
