What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the CTO, CEO, and product team to craft exceptional customer experiences
- Design intuitive flows across customer-facing and internal tools
- Turn complex problems into simple, elegant UX
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
- Collaborate directly with users to test and improve usability
- Help shape Ever’s design system and product quality bar
Qualifications & Fit
- 5+ years of product design experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI craft
- Experience building products from the ground up
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for consumer, marketplace or business tooling products
Technical Skills
- Expert in Figma
- Strong web product design experience
- Strong iOS / Android experience
- Experience building or contributing to design systems
- UX research and usability testing fundamentals
