The Tie is the leading provider of information services for digital assets. As a Product Designer, you will work alongside Product, Engineering, and other teams to shape and refine our core products—The Tie Terminal, Bridge Messenger, and cross-functional assets supporting Marketing and Sales. You will drive user-centric design, elevate product quality, and craft polished interfaces that reinforce trust in our institutional and crypto data.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategic direction of The Tie’s products grounded in strong user empathy and evidence-based design decisions.
- Communicate and translate quantitative and statistical data
- Define and own feature areas with exceptional attention to detail, improving usability, consistency, and end-to-end product quality.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, AI Researchers, and other stakeholders to define vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Support Marketing through high-quality visuals, landing pages, and communication-focused design assets.
- Rapidly prototype and present concepts to communicate ideas and generate momentum.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, design systems, and production-ready assets.
- Conduct quality assurance and usability reviews and identify opportunities to improve product clarity, efficiency, and outcomes.
- Maintain and refine The Tie’s design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency across products.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills, design craft, and clear product thinking.
- Experience designing complex B2B or data-dense software products.
- Ability to operate throughout the design lifecycle—from research and ideation to high-fidelity design and handoff.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.
- Background in crypto, digital assets, or financial markets.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered products, machine-learning interfaces, or LLM-driven workflows.
- Ability to prototype using basic code (HTML/CSS/React) or interactive prototyping tools.
- Experience contributing to or building design systems.
