Job Title: Product Designer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop intuitive, user-friendly products. You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and aesthetics of ZZAZZ's products, ensuring they align with our brand values and meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for new and existing products, from concept to delivery.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design ideas effectively.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on product vision and goals.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
Translate complex ideas into elegant and functional design solutions.
Advocate for the user and maintain a user-centered design approach throughout the product lifecycle.
Ensure design consistency by adhering to and contributing to the design system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and problem-solving skills.
Experience with prototyping tools and techniques.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
