What We're Looking For
We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Product Design Team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered experiences that align with our product vision and business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, and BI, to translate complex ideas into smart design solutions. This position thrives on collaboration and creativity. As a Product Designer at Seeking Alpha, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across web and mobile platforms, helping define cohesive narratives and consistent design language at all touchpoints.
What You'll Do
- Work collaboratively with product managers from concept to completion
- Own the end-to-end design across multiple features and projects
- Present product design ideas and prototypes to cross-functional partners and stakeholders
- Work closely with the Dev team from Ideation to production and provide implementation specs
- Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication
- Contribute to and maintain the company’s design system
- Identify new product improvement opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on current industry trends and market conditions
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry experience as a UX/UI Designer
- A portfolio showcasing examples of product design work across web and mobile platforms
- Hands-on experience working with development teams from staging to production
- Working experience with Figma – MUST
- Extremely detail-oriented with a pixel-perfect approach to design
- Ability to quickly and accurately turn around projects under tight timelines
- A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong willingness to receive feedback and iterate quickly
- Strong English communication skills – written and verbal
- Experience designing for AI-powered products or tools – an advantage
- Prior experience designing for financial tools – an advantage
- Experience leveraging research and data to inform and validate design decisions
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS – an advantage
