Position Description

The Product Designer is a creative member of our Product team who will collaborate with product leadership and our talented in-house development team. The selected candidate will engage in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, creating and fine-tuning intuitive user experiences that cater to the needs of our customers and their patients.

The ideal candidate has strong UX design skills, a grasp of user-centered design principles, and brings curiosity, empathy, and an open mind to everything they do. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various business partners, stakeholders, and leadership to translate requirements and concepts into sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Design end-to-end workflows for high-quality implementation and intuitive user experiences
• Participate in user research and usability testing to validate and improve designs
• Create and contribute to product and feature specifications, UI Patterns, and Style Guides to supplement prototypes
• Consult and partner on production files, documentation, and specifications for developers
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and team meetings
• Effectively multitask on various projects across product development teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience designing SaaS/web or mobile applications
• Portfolio of work demonstrating strong analytical skills and great interaction design
• Proficiency in UI Design software, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or related design and prototyping tools
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Familiarity in accessibility and usability standards
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS3, JavaScript) and software development principles with a strong understanding of responsive web design
• Strong attention to detail
• Have a positive attitude and be a team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills 
• Strong Plus: Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Psychology, Graphic Design, or related field
• Strong plus: Experience with EHR, medical billing, or other healthcare software products
• Plus: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration software systems
• Plus: Experience in an Agile development environment
