About the Role
As a Product Designer, you will be an important part of shaping the experiences of millions of users worldwide. You’ll have the chance to learn about user needs, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to innovative and intuitive solutions. From brainstorming to helping with execution, you’ll assist in creating detailed designs that support business objectives and delight our diverse user base.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user experiences.
- Design for native mobile and web mobile.
- Utilize the product design process for conceptualization and delivery of mocks.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Leverage tools like Figma, Figjam, UserTesting.com, PostHog
- Work collaboratively with product partners in San Franciso, Ukraine, and India to define priorities, plan projects, and design approaches that enable the best experiences and outcomes.
- Contribute to design system maintenance and evolution.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of design excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX solutions and designs for native mobile applications.
- Passion for learning and staying updated on current trends and best practices in mobile technology and design. Knowledge of Apple and Android guidelines.
- Expertise in end-to-end UX design process, from understanding user needs to delivering polished designs.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Figjam, UserTesting.com, ChatGPT, and Generative AI.
- Background in Conversational Design is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, supporting cross-functional teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and build consensus across teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficient in English.
