We’re hiring a Product Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the design and user experience of our core products. From conceptualizing and prototyping new features to iterating on existing designs, you’ll help define the look, feel, and overall experience of Pixieset’s applications. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and the leadership team throughout the entire product development process while working alongside a team of talented and passionate Designers.

Your Impact

  • Develop innovative product features and user experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
  • Utilize and enhance the design system to ensure a cohesive and consistent product experience
  • Deliver the UX vision and solutions for core products, aligning with business objectives
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions
  • Contribute strategic thinking to the development of product features that align with the roadmap
  • Ensure design solutions are technically feasible and integrate seamlessly with the overall product strategy
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Conduct comprehensive industry and user research to gain deep insights into our market and userbase
  • Positively influence the design team’s culture through collaboration, constructive feedback, and iterative process improvement

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer
  • Experience designing SaaS products for SMB or Consumers
  • Experience owning the design of complex product features and user experiences
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and experience in product design
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Strong user-centered design principles and design thinking
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a high-level of attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership

The typical salary range for this position is CAD $78,850 - $109,200 annually. Salary offered will be based on skills, experience and market data.
