Role:
- Take projects from early ideas all the way through release
- Help define, write and concept features from an idea into a solid scope
- Prototype user flows, interactions and animations
- Lead user research and observations
- Create delightful user experiences that infuse personality into our product
- Design and document visual systems and standardize our design tools
- Work closely with engineers to breathe life into your designs
- Build our organization’s design culture
- Pet the occasional dog that visits the office
Requirements:
- A portfolio of visually stunning and diverse design work
- Experience designing web applications for a consumer tech company
- Can clearly articulate design decisions
- Embrace and iterate on our design process
- Willing to build a strong culture of critique across the organization
- Ability to communicate new ideas quickly and visually
- Take extreme complexity and distill it down to a simple and elegant product
