The role
Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Join as the founding Product Designer and establish the product's design language. You will begin as a hands-on individual contributor, owning research, interaction design, prototyping, and delivery.
What you'll do
- Run discovery and user research through customer conversations and factory visits.
- Build a design system and reusable interaction patterns.
- Create high-fidelity Figma prototypes and React prototypes using AI-assisted tools.
- Design information-dense workflows involving structured data and 3D visualization.
- Work daily with product and engineering to validate and ship usable experiences.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 3 to 7 years of product design experience for complex B2B or technical software.
- Experience shipping end-to-end designs in an early-stage startup.
- Ability to design dense, multi-view interfaces and complex workflows.
- Ability to prototype in React with AI-assisted tools.
- Independent ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
- The role requires US Person eligibility under the client's stated export-control requirement.
Bonus points
- Manufacturing, aerospace, robotics, or hardware workflow exposure.
- 3D or spatial interface experience.

- Base salary: USD 150,000 to 200,000 per year.
