About Snitcher 🔍
Snitcher shows B2B companies who's visiting their website.
Most businesses never see 97% of their web traffic. We help GTM teams turn it into pipeline by identifying key accounts, enriching them instantly and triggering the right actions at exactly the right moment.
Companies like Clay, Unify and lemlist use Snitcher every day: some in the platform, others through our API, built into the GTM systems and products they ship themselves.
We're bootstrapped, profitable and proving you don’t need VC money to dominate a category. Want to 10x with us?
Who you are 💁♀️
Strategic by default: You use design to make the unclear clear. You care about outcomes more than screens, and you tie every decision to a goal or a metric.
Comfortable under the hood: Complex data excites you. You turn it into flows that work with our customers' existing stacks, and you know the product's UI sits alongside APIs and MCPs.
Builds to learn: You reach for whatever the question needs, from a Figma prototype to a working POC built with coding agents. Bonus if you know the basics of front-end development.
GTM-curious: You're primarily a product designer, but you get excited about jumping in with marketing and GTM from time to time.
Craft is the point: You notice the difference between good and great, and you can work with the team to take a design from a 6.5 → 10.
Message us right away if this sounds like you:
You've designed, built and launched something of your own: a side project, an app, a small product.
You already prototype in code, build with LLMs and use them to pressure-test your own design work.
About the role 🕵️
As our second Product Designer, you’ll drive features end to end and help raise the design bar across Snitcher. Design sits at the centre of the product and partners tightly with engineering and GTM.
Your mission: Help design Snitcher into the product GTM teams won't shut up about.
You'll work directly with Davey (Product Design Lead), who spent 6 years at Intercom learning how excellent products get built and is committed to making Snitcher the best product in its class. You'll also work closely with our engineers to build on the real progress we've made so far.
Most design roles come with a traditional design process, but this isn’t often the case at Snitcher. Sometimes a project starts with a vague brief, an engineer pitches a POC they built, or some features need to get designed in the browser so you can get a real feel for them.
Everyone at Snitcher understands the value of design. You’ll get the support you need to play at your strengths and we'll enable you to have a high degree of impact.
What you’ll be doing ✍️
Bounce between product & marketing.
While you’ll mostly work on the product, you may find yourself working with marketing across brand and website projects.Take features from 0 → 1.
You'll drive a project end-to-end and help us go from idea or prototype to a shipped feature.Build out our design system.
Patterns are still forming. You’ll grow the component library and keep the UI feeling like one thing, not ten.Check in after launch.
Usage data, sales and CS calls, usability sessions when a replay won’t tell you enough. Most of what you'll learn about a feature arrives once customers have had it a week.
In your first 90 days, you’ll work with the team to ship something to real customers, gather insights. You might even change your mind about at least one thing you shipped!
Why you’ll love working with us 🫶
Trust first. We trust great people to do great work. No micromanagement. You drive the work and the outcome.
Own the outcome. We don't wait to be told what to do. We spot opportunities, seize them, and never say "that's not my job".
Ship fast, refine faster. We ship quickly, gather feedback and iterate relentlessly. Done is better than perfect, but done well is the goal.
Craft is the standard. Speed gets us in the game, quality keeps us there. We'd rather do fewer things exceptionally than many things poorly.
Everything can be said. We don't sugarcoat, hide opinions or avoid tough talks. The best ideas win, no matter whose they are.

This role is hybrid from our Hilversum office. You’ll need to live in and have the right to work in the Netherlands. We’re still small, and at this stage working together (mostly) in person is what we’re looking for.
We’re most likely looking for someone mid-level, but don’t let that stop you. If you read this and thought “that’s me” while sitting a step below or above that line, apply anyway. We read every application by hand.
For recruitment agencies, we appreciate your hunger to help, but we’re on top of our own recruitment, so no need to ask if your help is needed. It’s really not needed :)
