Their mission is to help enterprises overcome operational, regulatory, and knowledge barriers, allowing them to deploy assets on-chain in a secure, compliant, and scalable manner. Job Description:
Manage end-to-end visual design for Web3 products, ensuring a consistent and scalable design language.
Stay ahead of global design shifts in finance to craft a brand identity that balances aesthetics with information density.
Improve UX by leveraging data and testing to refine workflows and increase conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish technical design standards and resolve implementation bottlenecks
Minimum 3 years of UI experience in the Web3 space (DeFi, Wallets, or Exchanges).
Strong ability to translate abstract on-chain interactions into intuitive user interfaces.
Skilled in financial-grade UI, specifically regarding complex data visualization and asset management.
Fluency in English and Mandarin; experience working within a global, cross-cultural team.
