About the Role
At A23, we’re building the future of real-money skill gaming in India. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of key features across our Rummy and Poker platforms. You’ll combine user research, data, and design craft to shape intuitive, polished, and scalable player experiences.
You’ll identify and frame complex UX problems, deliver accessible and high-quality UI, and collaborate closely with PMs, Engineers, and QA to ship impactful features. You’ll also contribute to our design system and help improve team rituals and processes.
Responsibilities
Conduct independent user research (usability testing, interviews, A/B experiments) and translate findings into actionable insights
Frame complex UX problems and propose solutions that balance user needs with business goals
Deliver polished, high-fidelity UI for complex features with delightful, efficient interactions
Design with attention to edge cases and accessibility standards
Contribute to and help document the design system for scalability
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (PM, Engineering, Brand & QA) from concept to launch
Actively participate in design critiques and drive alignment on feature design decisions
Mentor interns and new hires informally, and contribute to team rituals and process improvements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent
5+ years of experience in product design (UI/UX)
Experience designing for both mobile and desktop platforms
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process (please include a link in your resume)
Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
Skilled in creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes
Preferred Qualifications
Background in game or real-money gaming design
Experience at a fast-paced product company
Solid understanding of scalable design systems and documentation
Strong grasp of product thinking — able to align designs with business and product goals
Familiarity with accessibility standards and designing for edge cases
Excellent collaboration, communication, and critique skills
Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to team rituals and best practices
