HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating, and maintaining customer-centric digital user experiences across Inspira Financial's portfolio of products. You will need to have empathy for our users, a deep understanding of user-centered design, strong analytical abilities and strong visual design skills. You will leverage user research, interviews and surveys, and use this information to create customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes. This role requires you to collaborate with cross-functional teams, adopt modern design patterns and best practices to deliver innovative solutions.

• Continuously integrate user feedback and data into the product design process, ensuring a cohesive end-to-end customer experience
• Successfully apply user-centered design methods within Agile product development frameworks such as Design Sprints and Scrum
• Collaborate closely with product, technology, internal stakeholders, and external clients to define a comprehensive user experience
• Generate wireframes, prototypes, workflows, and high-fidelity designs to visualize and communicate design processes and directions
• Coordinate with internal designers to maintain visual and interaction consistency across products.?Conduct user research under guidance, applying best practices and systematic approaches to enhance understanding and generate valuable insights
• Other duties as assigned

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Interactive Media or other related fields
• 2-4 years of applicable experience
• 2+ years of visual design and user experience background
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, utilizing fundamental features
• Proficient in crafting compelling digital experiences and products with a user-centric design approach.
• Experience in user research with internal stakeholders and customers
• Familiarity with design system collaboration (a plus).?
• Proactive and analytical problem-solving skills, addressing design challenges collaboratively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, conveying design rationale effectively
• Commitment to excellence, embracing creativity in unexpected ways
• Effective multitasking and time management, prioritizing tasks within project timelines
• Versatility in working independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
