Product Designer Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain system-level web/mobile components, patterns, and documentation for the Partner Home pattern library in Figma for our supplier-facing designers to utilize and reference.
• Document design specifications and usage guidelines that can be leveraged by designers and engineers.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, content designers, user researchers, and other designers to deliver quality, cohesive, inclusive designs that scale across a variety of different supplier workflows.
• Influence and contribute to the Experience Platform roadmap and product backlog to evolve the pattern library.
• Drive a sense of urgency in the team to deliver work, emphasizing the use of lean tools and techniques more rapidly deliver work.
What You’ll Need:
• At least 2+ years of experience building and contributing to design systems at enterprise organizations, with experience in banking being a plus.
• A portfolio with case studies illustrating comparable work related to design systems at mid/large-scale organizations. Examples of product design specifically for desktop web applications are a must.
• Mastery of interaction and visual design principles and Figma as a design tool.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• Strong understanding of design processes, the implications for responsive design, and accessibility guidelines.
• Understands and demonstrates systematic design thinking.
• Ability to design solutions that solve problems at multiple levels of scale (simple and complex scenarios, edge cases).
• Ability to create timelines and manage your own work independently.
• Experience balancing multiple projects and timelines.
