About the Role: We are seeking a visionary UI/UX Design SME to lead our design strategy, create groundbreaking user interfaces, and drive innovation in AI-powered platforms. You will transform complex technological solutions into intuitive, engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX design process for VosynVerse and emerging platforms
• Create comprehensive user research, personas, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs
• Drive strategic design vision aligned with business objectives
• Conduct advanced user research and usability testing
• Mentor design teams and foster a culture of innovation
• Design interfaces for cutting-edge technologies including AV/VR and smart platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless user-centric solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 8+ years of advanced UX design experience
• Expert proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Proven track record leading complex design projects
• Strong user research and testing methodologies
• Exceptional interface design and visualization skills
• Demonstrated leadership in design team management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in AI-driven platform design
• Background in emerging technology interfaces
• Published design research or thought leadership
• Advanced certifications in UX design
• International design project experience
