About the company
Our client is a fast-growing technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the user experience of a software product from early research through production release, blending design judgment with hands-on prototyping and some frontend coding. Partner with users and cross-functional colleagues to shape clear, dependable interfaces for complex workflows.
What you'll do
- Speak regularly with users, watch how they work and turn patterns into clear product direction.
- Frame ambiguous problems, form a point of view and decide what to build and what to cut.
- Design interactions for handing tasks to an automated assistant, including checking its progress and sources, approving key actions and fixing errors.
- Sketch ideas in design tools or code, create working prototypes and commit code to the production frontend.
- Stay involved after handoff through testing, release and later refinements.
- Demonstrate the product to users, gather lessons from early pilots and live usage, and keep go-to-market, support, operations and engineering aligned on a single product narrative.
- Raise the standard of interaction and visual design across the product and keep the design system consistent in both design tools and code.
- Use current AI-assisted design and coding tools day to day while applying your own judgment to architecture, accessibility and quality.
