We’re looking for a Product Demo/Explainer Video creator with a passion for visual storytelling and technology to create engaging product demo and marketing videos that showcase the DragonForce platform.
This role is ideal for a creative self-starter who’s eager to gain hands-on experience in video production, product marketing, and SaaS technology. In your first six months, you’ll receive hands-on mentorship from our CEO and product team as you learn the DragonForce platform and develop the ability to produce professional-grade demo videos that highlight its features.
The candidate must be local to Glenside PA, and be willing to be in the office at least one day per week for in-office collaboration and training sessions at our offices.
Responsibilities Include:
- Create professional-quality demo and promotional videos highlighting DragonForce’s key features (chat, mapping, tasking, file sharing, incident management, etc.).
- Record and edit screen captures, product walkthroughs, and scenario-based videos demonstrating real-world use
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts.
- Edit, brand, and publish video content for YouTube, web, social media, and trade show use.
- Maintain brand consistency and professionalism across all visual materials.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Film/Media, or related field – or a self-taught video editor/designer with equivalent experience
- Skilled in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia or similar).
- Comfortable using and navigating smartphone devices
- Strong communicator and creative thinker with attention to detail
- Eager to become a DragonForce software expert and explain it clearly to others.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Located within commuting distance of Glenside, PA (required).
- Familiarity with or interest in public safety, law enforcement, or emergency response.
