The Vice-President, Embedded Payments (EP), Product Delivery Manager is accountable for driving several key outcomes across a broad portfolio. Ultimately, these contributions will help us optimize and scale our business globally. The Vice-President will:
- Become an industry thought leader and help senior leaders shape the strategic vision for the product
- Work with the world's savviest and tech-forward organizations to directly embed payment capabilities into their platforms. This includes organizations that have complex structures and operate in multiple jurisdictions around the globe
- Identify new opportunities by documenting Client feedback and working with Product Development to inform the product roadmap
- Monitor the performance of products and services, including overall profitability, by identifying and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, risk, controls) to ensure compliance with both JPMC policy and regulatory commitments
- As needed, support commercialization efforts by partnering with Strategy / Pricing / Analytics / Sales on market research and competitive analysis

- Strong communication/presentation skills (i.e. creating content) that can be consumed at all seniority levels with both internal and external audiences
- Be a persuasive negotiator and thrive in a high intensity environment
- Operate with minimal guidance and oversight, capable of embracing ambiguity
- Ability to rapidly understand emerging technologies and business models / naturally see commercial opportunities

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Delivery experience / PMO / Business Management, preferably within the financial services industry
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed program delivery structure
- Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive growth metrics and client/partner development objectives, specifically for emerging businesses
- Knowledge of emerging financial services technologies with a key emphasis on APIs, private labeling, SaaS models, and design thinking practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
- Understanding of the global payments industry
- Undergraduate degree required
- Global travel required
