What you’ll do:
- Partner with Product, Systems, and LiveOps teams to deliver clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making
- Build and maintain dashboards to track performance across product, growth, and monetization
- Analyze experiments, cohorts, funnels, retention curves, and segments to uncover opportunities and risks
- Define and improve tracking schemas, events, and parameters in collaboration with Engineering
- Proactively surface insights, anomalies, and trends — not just respond to ad-hoc requests
- Help improve data quality, reliability, and usability across the organization
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with product and growth data in fast-moving environments
- Strong understanding of retention, LTV, funnels, and experimentation frameworks
- Hands-on expertise with SQL and modern analytics tools
- Ability to work pragmatically with imperfect data and evolving processes
- Clear communicator who prioritizes decision-making over over-engineered models
- Comfortable operating independently and owning analysis end-to-end
