Job Description

Our team is seeking an passionate Product Content Writer and Moderator to join us as we create and deliver mission critical services and processes to enable Traveloka Experience.

As a key member of Traveloka team, this role provides you the opportunity to play a front-line role in building and curate our content and offerings in collaboration with Product Managers, Market Managers, and Operations team. In this role, you will: ​

• Write product descriptions, landing page copy, articles, and other types of product content
• Translate content from English to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa
• Crop, resize, and lightly-edit product photos as needed
• Actively assist Content Lead in developing and improving content strategy, content guidelines, and content-related SOPs
• Become PIC for 2–3 mid-sized content projects and manage multiple stakeholders from different teams
• Research, brainstorm, and develop ideas for various types of product and editorial content
• Act as go-to person for inquiries related to their field of responsibility

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a content writer, content operations specialist, copywriter, social media specialist, journalist, or any related role

• Excellent writing skills in English and the local language — with a strong portfolio to prove it

• Strong attention to detail paired with a genuine passion for language and writing

• Good work ethic, adaptability, and ability to complete multiple tasks with strict deadlines

• Some knowledge of graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus

• SEO knowledge is a plus
