We are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about games and eager to leverage data insights to help us scale and maximize the performance of Fanatee’s titles. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering, Product, and Business Intelligence, to identify opportunities and provide strategic direction for game growth and improvement. You’ll translate data-driven analyses into actionable strategies and features while contributing to the different stages of the game development lifecycle.
To succeed in this role, you should be an analytical, creative, and results-driven leader with a strong problem-solving mindset and a deep enthusiasm for the gaming industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and execute data-driven analyses to optimize user LTV and increase top-of-funnel acquisition.
- Develop and manage growth roadmaps while coordinating data and developer teams' pipelines and resources.
- Formulate and present clear, measurable product strategies and objectives.
- Provide valuable business insights based on data analysis and demonstrate their impact on key product metrics.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Improve monitoring and alerting capabilities to ensure data quality.
- Optimize data models' performance and ensure scalability.
- Research and develop new methods, tools, and technologies to enhance data analysis.
- Utilize dashboarding tools such as Tableau, AWS Quicksight, or Microsoft PowerBI.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong experience analyzing large datasets and extracting actionable insights.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, structure, and streamline data from multiple sources—such as Amazon Athena (S3-based querying), Oracle, and Hadoop-based data lakes—ensuring seamless accessibility and usability for data analysts.
- Ability to code in Python (preferred).
- Experience with machine learning, statistics, experimental design, data mining, predictive modeling, or deep learning is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
- Experience handling, transforming, and analyzing complex, high-volume datasets from multiple sources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience in management, consulting, finance, or the tech industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
Experience working on global companies or global products is a plus.
