The product department at SolarEdge oversees the development of all new products and hold the responsibility to expand the business potential of the existing portfolio. The team implements strategy, roadmap, and feature definitions for all SolarEdge's product lines, hardware, and software throughout the product life cycle.

We are seeking a self-motivated and a problem-solver product associate to join our C&I (Commercial & Industrial) Product team.

As a Product Associate at SolarEdge’s dynamic environment, your primary responsibility would be to support the introduction of new products and help drive the business growth of our product portfolio. You will be collaborating closely with Product Managers and in-directly manage activities across multiple teams including R&D, Operation, Sales, and Support.

What will you be doing:

• Collaborate with Product Managers in New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Life Cycle (PLC) processes.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of product development tasks and timelines.
• Support the development of technical materials such as manuals, product presentations, training to communicate product advantages and benefits etc.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Procurement, Marketing, Operations) on product-related initiatives
• Proactively identify and address any issues that might arise during product rollouts
• Assist in resolving customer technical or commercial issues 

• B.Sc. in Electrical (preferred) / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering from a leading university
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Solar Industry / Energy Sector
• Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken
• Strong ability for execution and “get tasks done”
• Extremely high attention to details and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Exceptional teamwork abilities with the flexibility to function independently as needed.
• Experience working with and managing complex systems and infrastructures
• Advantage: Experience with data entry and maintaining documentation.
• Advantage: Experience working with Oracle Agile PLM
• Advantage: Strong ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
