As a Product Associate in Voice, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. As a valued member of the team, you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, making a tangible impact on our products and customer experiences. You'll support the planning, development and execution of our product strategy and roadmap. You'll work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to identify user needs, analyze product performance, and contribute to the delivery of AI-enabled, innovative products and solutions. This role offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and make a tangible impact on our products and customer experiences as a valued single contributor.

 
Job responsibilities
  • Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
  • Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
  • Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals 
  • Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
  • Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product direction
 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
  • Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Basic experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, etc)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written)
  • High attention to detail and organization abilities
  • Self-motivated with innovative spirit and a continuous development mindset
 
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping, process improvement and design thinking
  • Familiarity with voice AI, IVR and contact center solutions  
  • Proficiency with Agile project delivery tools (e.g., JIRA)
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, regulated industry, or home lending operations 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business

Additional Information

  •  Work schedules will be full-time in office, on a 40-hour per week schedule.
