Job responsibilities
You will play a critical role in driving value for the business, working closely with engineering and data teams to design, construct, and manage C360 with the ultimate goal of driving client engagement and business growth.
This position represents an excellent opportunity for candidates to:
Drive customer-centric product development which translate business needs into tech / data requirements, epics and user stories.
Leverage analytics and reporting tools to derive actionable insights from integrated data and third-party sources.
Engage and manage relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including senior business leads and C360 leads.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help shape the future of our products and ongoing success, becoming an expert in specific data domains related to a client.
Build a deep understanding for how JPM engages our extensive client base, including go-to-market strategies, relationship management priorities, and business development.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of product management, or experience in other generalist problem solving environments, such as a top-tier management consultancy or investment bank.
Proven experience applying data analytics to solve business problems, including proficiency with data visualization tools and data analysis methods.
Knowledge of JPM’s business landscape with an understanding of how CIB engages clients with a broad set of products and services.
Experience working across the product development life cycle, from requirements definition to execution
Track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting, and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple project work streams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences.
