As a Senior Associate, Product Manager at JPMorganChase within the Accelerator, you’ll join us to help us build a multi-market, multi-product banking platform that will power Chase’s expansion into Europe. You’ll lead a squad end to end, working hand-in-hand with Engineering, Design, and Data to own a platform capability or customer proposition from problem definition through to delivery and iteration. You could work across a range of areas including core banking, payments, and cards, depending on where your experience and interests best fit. We are a fintech-focused team, and we’re looking for people who want to solve big problems, help shape our product culture, and keep building deep product expertise in the space.
 
Job responsibilities
  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Own a platform capability or customer proposition end to end, including the underlying business rules, logic, and infrastructure that support it 
  • Lead a squad day to day, setting clear priorities and direction in close partnership with Engineering, User Experience, and Data and Analytics 
  • Translate complex business and customer problems into a clear, actionable roadmap and well-scoped requirements 
  • Make informed trade-off decisions that balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals in a fast-moving environment  
  • Leverage data and customer insight to prioritize, validate, and iterate on product decisions 
  • Communicate progress, risks, and key decisions clearly and proactively to stakeholders across the business 
  • Contribute to shaping product culture and ways of working within a high-performing, cross-functional team
     
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proven track record operating autonomously as a Product Manager, leading a squad directly alongside Engineering, User Experience, and Data teams
  • Experience owning a platform, system, or proposition end to end, including its underlying business logic - not solely front-end or user experience scope
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated comfort using data to inform and validate product decisions 
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, scaled technology or fintech environment 
  • Based in London or open to relocating to London

Skills Required
