We are looking for a Content Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a broad games portfolio and ensuring our clients platform remains at the heart of the fast-growing iGaming industry.
Requirements:- One year of experience in an administrative, product support, or related role (at least)
- Basic experience with product documentation, backlog management, and task tracking tools
- Strong organisational and documentation skills, including maintaining product specs and knowledge bases
- Interest in learning and contributing to product improvements in the sweepstakes and social gaming space
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, showing flexibility and a proactive approach to completing administrative tasks and supporting product teams
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience within a B2B SaaS, gaming, or entertainment environment (would be a plus)
- A general awareness of industry trends and interest in gaming compliance or platform integrations (would be a plus)
- Level of English: Upper Intermediate (at least)
- Update and maintain game content across the platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Organise and manage game documentation, including content updates, specifications, and configurations
- Maintain an internal product hub, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the latest game information
- Coordinate with external game providers to ensure the timely delivery of new features and updates
- Assist with administrative tasks related to content uploads and track the progress of each release
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Client Success) to ensure assets are aligned with brand and client needs
- Support tracking of game performance by gathering data on player engagement and content effectiveness
- Report directly to the Product Manager to ensure games are correctly configured and tested across multiple brands
