Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Product and Services Quality Manager to join the Product and Services Leadership Team located in San Antonio, Texas.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations.
  • Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance.
  • Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
  • May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies.
  • Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment.
  • 5+ years of experience inspecting aircraft/aerospace parts, components, and/or assemblies for conformance with applicable drawings, specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing plans
  • Current A&P certification

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of 787 Program Experience
  • Exhibits Boeing Behaviors

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $112,200 - 151,800
