9D Technologies & ImaginationAI are at the forefront of app publishing, delivering innovative and engaging mobile experiences to users around the globe. Our mission is to create extraordinary digital experiences that captivate and entertain, and we are committed to pushing the boundaries of creativity and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers to understand product goals, user behaviour, business priorities, and decision-making needs, and translate them into clear KPIs, success metrics, and measurement strategies before development begins.
  • Analyse funnels, cohorts, retention, churn, engagement, feature adoption, conversion, revenue, LTV, and user journeys to identify behavioural changes, product drop-offs, growth opportunities, and emerging risks.
  • Proactively investigate unexpected metric movements, validate findings across multiple data sources, perform root-cause analysis, support launch monitoring, and provide clear evidence-based recommendations.
  • Own and maintain product measurement requirements, including event taxonomies, event names, parameters, user properties, conversions, tracking plans, and metric definitions across mobile and web products.
  • Work closely with Engineering to support instrumentation implementation, resolve tracking questions, validate analytics in staging and after release, and identify missing, duplicated, inaccurate, or poorly defined events.
  • Build and improve reusable dashboards, automated workflows, and self-service analytics so Product Managers can independently answer routine questions while the analyst focuses on deeper investigations.
  • Use SQL and raw event-level data in BigQuery or similar data warehouses to analyse product performance, reconcile platform reporting, identify data-quality issues, and validate analytical findings.
  • Support experiment design, instrumentation, data validation, and interpretation of A/B test results, and recommend experiments when user behaviour indicates an opportunity worth testing.
  • Partner with Marketing and Growth teams on acquisition, onboarding, conversion, attribution, campaign quality, CAC, ROAS, and user-value analysis, while ensuring source, medium, campaign, and UTM data are captured consistently.
  • Work with the Data Lead and AI Automation team to improve internal analytics tooling, evaluate new AI and analytics solutions, and establish robust validation processes that ensure AI generated analysis is accurate, reliable, and trusted before it informs product decisions.
  • When something unexpected happens in the data, you investigate it, build confidence in the findings and bring the Product Manager evidence together with your recommendation. The Product Manager owns the product decision. You help ensure they always have reliable, timely and actionable evidence to make it
