Assortment Reporting & Tools

  • Assess the performance and incremental contribution of new products, carryover products, color extensions, and product refreshes. Evaluate assortment breadth, depth, productivity, and balance.
  • Develop analytical frameworks and tools that support product expansion, rationalization, localization, assortment architecture, and lifecycle management.

  • Own and maintain an ETL-enabled Product analytics sandbox for prototyping, testing, and validating new product attributes, hierarchies, metrics, and data models.
  • Champion Product Attributes. Improve the accuracy, consistency, and usability of product attributes, product hierarchies, and merchandising data.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring analyses, close reporting gaps, and develop scalable tools that support both executive summaries and detailed product-level analysis.
