Job Overview 

As the Product Manager for Retention & Engagement, you will be the driving force behind keeping our traders active, loyal, and successful. Acquiring a user is only the beginning; your mission is to ensure they find continuous value in our mobile and web platforms. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Data Science, using behavioral psychology and data-driven insights to build features that reduce churn and increase the Lifetime Value (LTV) of our global client base.

• Map the end-to-end user journey, from the first deposit to "power user" status, identifying friction points where users drop off.
• Lead the roadmap for engagement-focused features, including loyalty programs, gamification (streaks, badges, contests), social trading elements, and educational initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing to build automated, event-driven messaging (Push, In-app, Email) that reacts to real-time trading behavior.
• Design interventions to reactivate dormant accounts and encourage consistent trading activity through education and value-add tools, enhancing monetization and lifetime value.
• Run continuous A/B tests on UI/UX elements, onboarding flows, and notification timing to optimize Monthly Active Users (MAU) and retention rates.
• Monitor fintech and trading trends to ensure the platform remains the most engaging and "sticky" choice for retail traders.

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, specifically within Fintech, Trading, or high-growth B2C apps.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Background in financial products, brokerage, or regulated environments will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency with behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Posthog) and A/B testing frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex data into simple, engaging user experiences across both iOS/Android and Web.
• Background in UX research or UI design principles.
