Challenges you’ll meet:

• Deliver actionable recommendations that propel product enhancements and overall business growth.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to generate insights that enhance the customer experience.

• Partner with the product team and refine experimentation processes to ensure data-driven decision-making.

• Validate product hypothesis and connect results to business metrics.

• Establish key indicators that track the most critical aspects of the business.

Your professional qualities:

• A higher education in a scientific discipline such as Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or Economics, Engineering;

• Proficiency in SQL, Python and Tableau (or other data visualization tools);

• Demonstrable knowledge and application of product experimentation (A/B Testing);

• Adept at breaking down complex challenges into clear, actionable steps.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with DBT and Amplitude.

• Experience with customer segmentation/clusterisation.

• Machine learning practical experience.
