We’re looking for a commercially minded Product Analyst to join Amach and work with one of our key customers in the travel and loyalty space. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a well known loyalty programme, working end-to-end with the Product team helping drive new features and products to market across web and app platforms, including ecommerce storefronts, third-party integrations, and a flight booking system.
If you are someone who loves working across complex digital ecosystems, optimising user journeys, and building strong data-driven stories, this role is for you.
This role is embedded with our customer’s London-based team who have a hybrid setup: 1–2 days per week onsite is required in their offices in central London (flexible which days)
Key responsibilities & duties include:
- Partnering closely with the Product teams to optimise digital journeys and improve conversion rates
- Diving deep into event and session data from our data warehouse (Snowflake) - not just relying on GA4
- Supporting the build-out of self-serve analytics capabilities for product and business stakeholders
- Building compelling insights and storytelling from data to inform product decisions
- Helping problem-solve around data capture and event firing using GTM
- Using data visualisation tools (Astrato, Tableau, PowerBI) to clearly communicate insights
Required skills:
- 4–5 years’ experience in a Product or Data role, ideally in digital, ecommerce, aviation or loyalty environments
- Confident working directly with event/session-level data in a data warehouse (Snowflake)
- Proficiency with GA4, SQL and data visualisation tools (Astrato, PowerBI, Tableau)
- Willingness to work with Astroto, a no-code dashboarding tool (training and support provided)
- Excellent storytelling skills: able to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience optimising app and web journeys, driving KPI improvements through data
- Knowledge of GTM event troubleshooting (backend GTM skills not required)
