The Role

The Opportunity

Pillar4 Media is seeking a Product Analyst to join its fast-growing team. 

As a member of the Product team, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and other team members to maximize on-page yield for our paid media portfolio through rigorous UX and product testing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, the Product Analyst will:

Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to align product roadmap initiatives with Paid Media strategy, driving improved results

  • Build, execute, and analyze digital experiments (A/B tests on our websites) in alignment with product roadmaps
  • Be or become familiar with HTML, CSS, & JavaScript to execute front-end changes for testing
  • Drive revenue growth by efficiently updating paid media pages with product changes and successful test implementations
  • Analyze customer pathing, page interactions, and user behavior across multiple sites and multiple channels, deriving user insights and hypotheses
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions and ideas to iterate on existing UX
  • Pull test performance reads using SQL
  • Discuss A/B test results and key metrics (click through rate, conversion rate, revenue per visit) internally with the Product team and with other teams at Pillar4
  • Utilize  site usage metrics and tracking to continuously monitor user behavior and improve product and UX decisions

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline, with academic and/or 1-2 years of practical experience in fields such as computer science, data science, business, statistics, or product management
  • Experience in SQL, applying data insights to business decisions 
  • Comfort measuring, interpreting, and making real-time decisions based on large volumes of data
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and scalable solutions
  • Desire for a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Competitive drive and a hunger to learn

The Package
