As a Product Analyst in our data analytics department, you’ll have the chance to:  

  • Be a part of execution of Data analytics projects and a key player in promoting.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate product requirements into analytical requirements
  • Collaborate with media teams to activate media campaigns based on analytical outputs.
  • Gain in-depth understanding of media products and ad-tech domain to refine use cases of existing products
  • Ensure actionable insights are delivered by utilizing all our rich data in conjunction with client specific data.

Who are your stakeholders? 

The Product Analyst’s internal customers / stakeholders include:

  • Account Managers / Traders / Sales / Analysts: The Product Analyst builds solutions that are used primarily by these internal customers through MiQ proprietary platforms like Lab and Hub. The Product Analyst sometimes does collaborate with these customers, along with the market requirements and solution feedback through Product Management team
  • Product Management: The Product Analyst works closely with the Product team to help define frameworks for business impact monitoring, driving adoption, and helping define next steps for feature development.

What you’ll bring  

  • 1-2 years of experience in solving business problems and offering actionable insights.
  • Strong experience with advanced SQL
  • Experience with at-least one programming language - e.g. Python, R
  • Experience in delivering Analytics projects leveraging Analytic toolkit (EDA, Data Analysis etc)
  • Experience in defining BI framework and working on large data sets.
  • Extreme attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload.
  • Demonstrated high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in agile framework
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to try new technologies and languages and ability to grasp and learn quickly.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any engineering discipline / MBA

What impact will you create? 

  • The Product Analyst helps scope, build, and test data driven Ad-Tech solutions that positions MiQ as the leading programmatic partner for advertisers across the lifecycle of a marketing campaign, which consequently contributes to MiQ’s Revenue and Gross Profit.
  • The Product Analyst works closely with data scientists to build generalised Product features that enable key internal stakeholders to discover right audience insights, setup and optimise digital advertising campaigns, and measure the success of these campaigns.
  • The Product Analyst focuses on feature testing, adoption, monitoring business impact, and gathering feedback on the solutions to make sure quality products and features are released to stakeholders.
  • The Product Analyst brings in acute analytical skills to discover patterns and anomalies in the datasets, and help make informed decisions when it comes to development and data partnerships
  • The Product Analyst would actively contribute to building the MiQ Brand of Data Science by bringing innovation and research to focus internally and externally, through submitting white papers, representing MiQ and presenting at conferences, participating in hackathons etc.
