Product Analyst
The Product Analyst role combines data extraction, deep analysis, and problem-solving to support our evolving product organization. You will be responsible for new product scoping and impact estimation; deep-dive analysis to understand gaps in data quality; develop exploratory data analysis products; as well as analyzing existing product performance. The right person for the role is an expert at SQL, working with multiple complex data sets to develop source of truth metrics; has excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
● Evaluate and backtest LiveAlerts to assess potential end-user value and write queries for implementation.
● Build and ensure the accuracy of customer-facing dashboards, collaborating with Product Managers and Data Quality Leads.
● Identify and address operational defects, transforming them into actionable insights for customers.
● Conduct exploratory research to establish baseline metrics and understand data gaps, ensuring data quality and integrity.
● Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop new analytical tools and capabilities.
Experience
● Bachelor's or (or equivalent) in operations, business, process, maths, statistics or similar
● 5+ years of data analytics experience
● [Bonus] Product analytics experience Hard Skill Requirements:
● Advanced SQL
● Intermediate Python experience (Data Apps, Data manipulation)
● Advanced Dashboarding & Analytic ( Google Data Studio / Google Sheets )
● Basic to intermediate statistic Soft Skill Requirements:
● Strong English written and verbal communication skills
● Strong product / operational business understanding
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
● Ability to manage stakeholders across the globe, cross-translating product and operational needs into data deep dives.
● Knowledge of product management principles and practices is a plus
