Role Overview
- Design GTM (Marketing) plan for product feature launch
- Identify gaps in the existing processes or features & improve
- Identify and analyse relevant ideas leading to right product features for retention team
- Make user journeys with specific KPI’s for player targeting
- Be able to identify & upgrade legacy processes (Automation)
- Identify bugs/enhancements required to improve marketing programs/user flows
- Understand player behavior and patterns and there by create segmented campaigns.
- Exhibit sound product judgment, ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business CRM goals.
- Expected to gain in-depth knowledge on tools such as Clever Tap, Mixpanel, MSTR and internal Admin interfaces.
Required Skills
- Experience on tools like Clevertap, Mixpanel, Webengage, Moengage, Mixpanel,
- Appsflyer, Localytics, Firebase etc will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
- Knowledge of Automation Marketing, Facebook Marketing, Email marketing, SMS marketing, push notifications, user segmentation and behavior is a plus
- Work experience in gaming is a plus
