Product Analyst (Frameworks & Surveys).

In this position, you will use your qualitative research, problem-solving, project management and writing skills to develop robust frameworks, generate meaningful insights from data and communicate complex ideas. Our team develops and maintains standardised frameworks and surveys that underpin insightful data comparisons between higher education institutions. We play a core role in maintaining the integrity of information for our international benchmarking program in the higher education sector (UniForum) and supporting Cubane’s growth: new clients, new regions, new products and new sectors.

As a Product Analyst, you will:
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of our proprietary data collection frameworks, tailored to our higher education products
- Lead the design and development of staff- and student-facing survey products
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research utilising internal and client contacts to inform these improvements
- Facilitate client feedback workshops to gather expert input, test proposed changes and validate that our products meet the changing needs of the higher education sector
- Oversee project workstreams, including developing workplans and roadmaps
- Collaborate with clients, and internal teams across NousCubane’s Client Operations Managers, Software Engineering Team, and Consultants from around the world
A bit about you:
- Strong academic background, with a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Humanities, or a related field. Independent research experience (Honours or Masters) highly regarded
- Passionate about the value of higher education, with knowledge of higher education sector trends desirable
- Experience with data collection frameworks or knowledge management highly desirable
- Committed to doing high quality work
- Curious, thorough, analytical / logical, detail-oriented
- Proficient in synthesising qualitative and quantitative data from various sources and communicating findings clearly in written and verbal form
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders
