Job Description
- Develop, automate, and maintain B2B platform to optimize flight operations
- Translate product strategy into initiatives with detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize initiatives based on business and customer impact
- Analyze system performance and generate insight for product improvements
- Work closely with stakeholders from product, designers, marketing, operations, engineering, business, and external stakeholders to align partner performance metrics with business objectives
Requirements

At least 1 year experience at top tier multinational tech, engineering firms, multinational banks, or have credible and strong track record in building or growing a business

At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or other technical fields from top local/overseas universities with strong academic

Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies; with aptitude towards solving complex problems

Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors
