Job Description

As a Product Advisor, you'll play a key role in onboarding, training, and consulting, while collaborating with stakeholders to drive business success. In your day-to-day role, you will:

  • Provide training and present new feature and product demos to both our partners and users
  • Provide consultations to identify and solve business challenges
  • Conduct in-depth competitor research and stay up to date with the latest online trends
  • Identify and work with third-party solution partners with whom we would like to integrate into Wix’s app market
  • Act as a speaker at events to showcase product capabilities
  • Work collaboratively with Product Managers across Wix’s international and dynamic environment to create or enhance features for our Japanese users

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or consulting in the SaaS space, with a proven track record of driving customer success and long-term product adoption across diverse industries

  • Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, engineering and executive teams, to identify, address and solve complex business challenges through data-driven strategies

  • Fluent in both Japanese, business-level English, with strong communication skills in technical and business settings

  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, particularly with the React framework, along with deep hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Web Analytics 

  • A solid understanding of security practices, including data privacy and access control – an advantage
