We are currently seeking a Product Account Coordinator to support our growing client portfolio. This role serves as a vital link between our internal teams and clients, managing timelines, coordinating product deliverables, and ensuring overall satisfaction with project outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple product accounts simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned product accounts
Coordinate and track product development timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Communicate client needs to internal departments to ensure accurate execution
Assist in preparing reports, product documentation, and status updates
Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or delays
Ensure quality control and client satisfaction throughout each project cycle
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and production teams to align goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in account coordination, product management, or client services
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Proficiency with project management tools and CRM systems
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
