We are seeking a versatile Producer with a hands-on generalist skill set spanning production, content creation, go-to-market execution, and community engagement. In this role, you will drive execution across multiple areas of development, ensuring seamless coordination between teams while helping shape and deliver compelling experiences at the intersection of Generative AI, consumer social, and gaming.

• Oversee and drive end-to-end production across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and resources.
  

• Partner with design, engineering, art, and product teams to manage workflows, resolve roadblocks, and deliver high-quality content.
  

• Define, track, and communicate milestones, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and accountability.
  

• Support content development, working closely with creatives to manage asset pipelines, scripting, and narrative integration.
  

• Collaborate on product management efforts, refining feature requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring smooth development cycles.
  

• Develop and manage social media content strategies, ensuring engaging and consistent brand messaging across platforms.
  

• Drive community growth and engagement, fostering strong relationships with users and incorporating feedback into product and content development.
  

• 2+ years of experience in game production, content development, or product management.
  

• Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  

• Proficiency in sprint planning, backlog management, and milestone tracking.
  

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  

• Strong understanding of game design, UX, and player engagement mechanics.

• Passionate about user-generated content (UGC) and open-world sandbox experiences, with a strong understanding of player creativity and emergent gameplay.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing short-term execution with long-term vision.
  

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of aligning teams and driving consensus.
  

• Experience working with data and analytics to inform content and product decisions.
  

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and iterative production cycles.
  

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a live-ops environment across multiple disciplines and time zones.

• Highly ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  

• Experience launching and supporting live service products.
  

• Proficiency with creative and AI tools such as Adobe Suite and Figma.
  

• Hands-on experience with game development engines (Unity, Unreal, etc.).
  

• Experience as a content creator on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, or other social media, with a strong understanding of community management and audience engagement strategies.

Successful candidates for this position can expect a competitive salary within the range of $120,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
