Your role

The Radio-Canada News department (Montreal) is seeking on-call producers with live presentation experience to work in an automated control room environment.

If you’re passionate about news and the arts, and are looking to join established, respected production teams, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Please note these positions are on-call.

Your profile:

  • Experience working in a TV environment

  • Experience working in an automated control room on live productions

  • Newsroom experience is an asset

  • Proficient knowledge of on-air presentation software

  • Experience with multi-camera shot selection

  • Excellent knowledge of current events

  • Broad general knowledge and keen interest in news

  • Solid command of spoken and written French

  • Availability to work irregular hours (day, evening and night shifts as assigned)
