We are looking for a Procurement Support to join our Procurement Department.
What you’ll do:
Manage contract and PO in internal systems;
Verify correct data delivery from staff and take action where necessary;
Monitor all approval steps in systems by following and finalizing the contract signing process;
Register and edit supplier master data;
Release of PO
What you'll bring:
Excellent command of the Italian language;
Nice to have English Language;
Complete autonomy in using the PC;
Strong communication skills;
Ability to work in a team;
Availability to work full time;
Previous Procurement Assistant experience.
