As a Procurement Support Analyst, you will streamline procurement operations by managing supplier data, order confirmations, and tracking details. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely, accurate procurement processes that support inventory and customer needs.

Leverage your skills in data analysis and tools like Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerBI to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication.

Starting at the ground level of Supply Chain Management, this role offers collaboration with multiple internal and external customers. Ensure purchase orders are processed to maintain inventory in distribution centers and direct shipments to customers, directly impacting supply chain efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and verify supplier data, including order confirmations and tracking.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales Support, Account Managers, and Customer Service to streamline procurement operations.
• Analyze procurement data using tools like Excel, Access, and PowerBI to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Support all procurement activities, from order processing to delivery tracking.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure timely processing of purchase orders to maintain inventory and support direct shipments.

• Full-time availability (40 hours/week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with scheduled breaks.
• Reliable internet and a professional, interruption-free home workspace.
• Ability to work on-site or use PTO if internet is unavailable for over an hour.
• Active participation in meetings with camera on and minimal multitasking.
• Adherence to McKesson’s “dress for your day” policy, whether remote or in-office.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills

• 1 year of relevant experience. May have a degree or equivalent.
•  Demonstrated experience in maintaining SOPs, improving processes, and conducting team training.
• Must have experience in customer service.
• Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
•  Strong organizational and time management skills.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
