RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve procurement goals while following established procurement systems, with primary responsibility for logistics sourcing (transportation and warehousing).
- Manage subcontractors and logistics service providers, acting as the main point of contact to ensure stable operations and cost efficiency.
- Identify trends, analyze contract performance, and provide inputs for contract negotiations and renewals.
- Coordinate supplier and logistics activities in line with contract management plans to deliver required outcomes.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data using standard tools to support decision making and reporting.
- Analyze key cost drivers, logistics costs, and market dynamics, and identify alternative suppliers and optimization opportunities.
- Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Office and support internal stakeholders with relevant market and cost insights.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent (college level preferred).
- Proven experience in procurement and/or logistics (transportation, warehousing, supply chain).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills in data analysis, costing, budgeting, and financial evaluation.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to coordinate and negotiate with internal and external parties.
- Ability to lead negotiations and reach consensus between stakeholders with different interests.
- Capable of developing and implementing action plans based on analysis and business needs.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills using standard business tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
