We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement Department.

What you’ll do:

• Management of the procurement process of services and supplies with the aim of optimizing costs;

• Preparation of tender documents (Requests for Offers, tender specifications, orders and contracts) with analysis of the technical documentation and definition of the tender requirements;

• Analysis and verification of the documentation relating to internal requests;

• Negotiation with suppliers;

• SAP management of requests for offers and contracts.

Who you are:

• You have an economics degree;

• Previous experience in Procurement of 1-2 years;

• Excellent knowledge of the main Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point);

• Excellent analysis and verification skills;

• Very good communication skills;

• Spicate organizational skills;

• SAP knowledge preferred.
