Partner with the BestAs a Procurement Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing supplier relationships and ensuring the timely procurement of complex, high-value products and services. You will be responsible for executing purchasing strategies, driving supplier performance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support operational and business objectives.As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Managing procurement activities and purchase order execution for assigned suppliers.
Driving on-time delivery performance and ensuring materials are available to meet business requirements.
Building strong relationships with suppliers and serving as the primary point of contact for procurement-related activities.
Identifying and resolving supply chain challenges, escalating issues when necessary, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
Collaborating with planning, engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure seamless order execution.
Monitoring supplier performance and implementing improvement plans to enhance delivery, quality, and cost performance.
Ensuring compliance with company sourcing policies, contractual requirements, and procurement procedures.
Supporting negotiations related to pricing, lead times, and commercial terms where applicable.
Analyzing procurement data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supplier management processes.
Managing multiple suppliers and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Demonstrate expertise in managing suppliers of complex, long-lead-time, and high-value products.

Have experience coordinating multiple suppliers and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Be skilled in problem-solving, negotiation, and driving supplier performance improvements.
Have strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in procurement and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
Be comfortable working independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Be willing to travel to supplier locations as required.
